What if something goes wrong?
You get the price in writing before I open a can of paint.
Every job starts with a written contract that spells out exactly what's included, the materials, and the fixed price. We both sign it. Nothing starts until you've signed, and the number doesn't move unless you ask for more work. If workmanship issues come up within a year, I come back and fix them. It's written into the same contract, not just something I say.

Will it survive the Arizona sun?
I use Dunn-Edwards — the same paint the big companies use.
Arizona is hard on a paint job. The UV fades cheap paint, the heat cracks it, and stucco moves. Dunn-Edwards is formulated for exactly this climate, and I'd rather do it once and have it hold than do it cheap and come back in three years.
