Common questions
How long does an exterior job take?+
Most single-story homes are 3–5 working days. Two-story runs 5–7 days depending on prep.
Do I need to be home?+
Not the whole time. I only need access to water and the exterior of the house.
What if it rains?+
It rarely does. If it looks likely, I'll reschedule that day — paint needs dry conditions to cure right.
Will you paint stucco cracks that come back?+
I use flexible caulking and elastomeric patch where it belongs, so hairline cracks stay closed for years.
How long before I can hose down the house?+
Give it 30 days to cure fully before pressure washing.
