Exterior Painting in Buckeye & the West Valley

Two-story stucco home with freshly painted exterior and dark garage doors

Worried the paint won't last a summer?

Exterior paint that's put on right the first time.

Stucco, siding, trim, garage doors, front doors, eaves, fascia — the whole exterior. Prep is the whole game out here in the desert, and I don't skip it.

Dunn-Edwards paint

I use Dunn-Edwards on every job — formulated for the Arizona climate, and the same paint the big companies use.

One-year written warranty

If the workmanship fails within a year, I come back and fix it. Written into your contract, not just something I say.

Common questions

How long does an exterior job take?+
Most single-story homes are 3–5 working days. Two-story runs 5–7 days depending on prep.
Do I need to be home?+
Not the whole time. I only need access to water and the exterior of the house.
What if it rains?+
It rarely does. If it looks likely, I'll reschedule that day — paint needs dry conditions to cure right.
Will you paint stucco cracks that come back?+
I use flexible caulking and elastomeric patch where it belongs, so hairline cracks stay closed for years.
How long before I can hose down the house?+
Give it 30 days to cure fully before pressure washing.
